Incoming and outgoing tourism – professions in tourism

The modern tourism industry offers a fascinating multitude of professions. While incoming specialists concentrate on the tourist activities of foreign guests in Switzerland, the field of outgoing tourism includes travels abroad which start from Switzerland.

Loredana D’Acierna. After completing her commercial apprenticeship in the textiles industry, she ventured into the tourism sector and attended the 3-month basic course Travel Industry Studies.
